Used the 24 hr drop box to leave our Subaru for maintenance, was ready for pick up within the afternoon. We come from Jtown just to see these guys. Fast, reliable, affordable. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Stephen does a great job explaining the plan and strategies to fix the problem. He is very personable that helps with understanding. With 3 vehicles, repairs never come at a good time. Would recommend to all for Stephen to take care of your vehicle issues

If I could rate them 100 star I would. I am not related to anyone there. I’m 68 yr old woman just drove from LA and needed an oil change. I called 12-31-25……… JAN. 1, 2026 I was scheduled. Yes, New Years DAY. In my opinion, this is THE AUTO REPAIR Shop every woman wants to know of. I had such peace I asked them to look at another issue I had ignored. They ran me home and offered to pick me up once the job was complete. IF YOU READ NO FURTHER- My experience and trust in this business is A+ The PRICE of oil change was half the price of other places I called. The employees and owner- All 3 men that spoke with me were POLITE… respectful and courteous. The reception area was COMFORTABLE. The garage (and the ladies room) was CLEAN & ORGANIZED. Both appeared ready for a photo shoot ! The music was RESPECTABLE The PRICE - of the additional work was very fair based on the opinion of a mechanic friend in Gr Rapids. . I believe the owner‘s name is Steve and he offered me coffee, turned up the heating unit to take the chill out of the room and asked what I would like to watch on their huge large screen TV. I have NEVER received such customer service in my life! I thanked Jesus for leading me to this facility. I just wish I was staying in KY .

Started going here to have one of my vehicles looked at for check engine light. Steve and his team did a great job taking me in and getting my car back to me within a couple days not weeks like some other shops. I’ve now taken both my cars in for oil change and other mechanical issues. Steve is always friendly, keeps you informed and gets you back in the road in a timely fashion. Deserving of more than 5 stars, but that's all I can give. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable techs, and an overall great shop. Highly recommend giving them a chance.

I don't know of any shops in the area that offer this level of quality work, this quickly. Then you add the super reasonable prices and great advice. Definitely won't be going anywhere else. I recommend this place to the level I would argue with someone about it.

Customer service is back in Bullitt county, thanks to Bullitt Automotive Care. Their prices are amazing, the work they do is top notch and the customer service is second to none! I for one, have been made tired by the local "big box" corporation tire stores here in Mt. Washington. It seems as if their sole purpose is to just get you through the door and money out of your pocket. We'll, no more, and not with me and my family. I will no longer take my vehicles for routine maintenance to any other place in Mt. Washington. Check these guys out. They're the real deal!
